annual conference in Samoa in September 2013. This conference was designed to help all small islands in the Pacific with environmental issues such as earthquakes, cyclones, etc.

Available as 3 small sheets contain 6 stamps depicting logos, flags, ships and fish. Each features a different value: .00 (logos, environmental disasters, map), .40 (ships) and .60 (salt water species).
Also a sheet of 54 stamps (3 sets of 18 different) includes all of the images on the 3 smaller sheets with the local letter rate value of 50c.

The diversity in size, shape, weight, and destination does not allow for easy shipping rules.
Packages 0 or above must have tracking (registered), so in addition to the postage for weight, destination, and size, there is an added cost of .65 for USPS Registration.
