How safe is your website?
All payments are processed by PayPal, which is a very trusted and secure platform. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal. Also, do check us out on our instagram page, where we have more than 20,000 loyal fans and followers! Thousands of customers have ordered from us and have been satisfied with our level of service and quality.
Do i have to pay for shipping?
Yes. More information about shipping costs you can find out in our shipping policy. Notice that for all orders over 50$ shipping is free for USA and Europe and over 75$ is free for all other countries.
What countries do you ship to?
We deliver worldwide to any country wherever you live. Any customs fees, taxes, or other import charges may be charged upon delivery of the order and are the responsibility of the recipient – this cost is not included when placing the order in the our store.

I have placed an order, when will my order be shipped?
Order processing time is between 2-5 business days, and is used to produce, check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out, and you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking. Than you need to add the shipping time, which can takes for about 1-3 days for US and Europe and about 7-14 for all another countries. Why is my order delayed? (it doesn’t apply to USA, Europe and Canada)
Orders must pass through local postal services before they are sent out of delivery. This means that orders can get caught up in either customs or at the local sorting office near your location. Sometimes (but rarely) orders can be delayed by up to 2 weeks within its postal journey. Please be patient, as we cannot issue you with a re-ship or a refund unless your order is over 10 working days late after the maximum stated delivery time.
My order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks, can I have a refund?
Order delivery times vary depending on where you live. Orders that have not arrived by the estimated delivery times are asked to wait 10 working days before requesting a re-ship or refund. It is very common for orders to arrive shortly after the estimated delivery due to customs and local service delays. Please ensure to let us know within 30 days of the date you placed your order, or we will not be able to resolve this for you.
How to place an order?
1) Visit us at https://flirtytshirts.store, and find the item you’d like to order.
2) Click on the item, and then you’ll arrive at it’s product page.
3) Select the color and size you’d like via the drop-down menu.
4) Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button
5) Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you’ve added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
6) Click on icon ‘Shopping cart’ at the top right corner of the page.
7) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on “Pay now” or “Complete Order” before you close the website. If your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number.
How do i know if my order has been placed?
All customers that have placed orders on our website will get two emails as standard. The first is confirmation that the order has been placed. The second is confirmation that the order has been dispatched.
What type (structure) of shirts do you use?
This information is placed on the page of each product.
How can I choose the size for myself?
Please check the size chart, available on every product page, and compare with a current shirt you own and like. This is the best way to make sure you will receive a size that works for you. When doing these measurements, please account our size guide.
What happens if i typed my address in wrong?
If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with the subject line “Change Shipping Address” to inquire about changing your shipping address and we’ll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don’t catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. Keep in mind, packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item’s value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
Can I Edit An Order I Just Placed?
We can usually adjust an order up to 3 hours after it has been placed. You may send an email us as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to email@example.com. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, it will depend on how soon you contact us after order placement.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Since we are a direct-to-garment printer, we custom print each shirt based on your order. Because of this, once you place an order it goes right to our production queue and our team gets started printing your items. If you email us within 3 hours of placing your order there may be a chance we can cancel it. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order # (you can find this number in order confirmation mail) in the subject line – we’ll take care of that for you. Refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation notification. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the credit to your account.
How can i track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with tracking information. Please check your spam folder for this notification – if for some reason you don’t receive it within 6 business days from order placement and the order does not contain pre-sale/pre-order items, please send us an e-mail with the subject line “Tracking Inquiry” to email@example.com.
My tracking status has not updated. What’s going on with my order?
UPS/FedEx tracking updates are not always updated in real time and typically start to update within 1-2 days. International tracking numbers can take a bit longer to show tracking updates. Please keep checking your tracking status and you should start to see updates! If you’re still not seeing tracking updates, please send us an e-mail with the subject line “Tracking Inquiry” to
Do you accept returns if an item does not fit or i don’t like it?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not charge any types of restocking or handling fees, however please note that buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs. If you would like to get a refund, items must be in their original condition, products must have all tags attached and cannot be worn, washed, or altered. Products with missing tags will be considered worn and will not be considered for a refund. And remember, that we refund only after receive your order back. Do I have to pay to return?
Only for the return shipping/postage costs. We sometimes refund postage in the form of a discount code for the customers next order with us, however this is at our discretion.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within a 2-3 business days after receiving our product back. Please allow a further week for the amount to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)
I ordered the wrong size. Can i change the size before it ships?

To preserve the size and print it is best to wash the shirts in cool water and dry them on low heat.
