If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not charge any types of restocking or handling fees, however please note that buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.
Return Product Requirements
If you would like to get a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, cannot be worn, washed, or altered. It must also has invoice and be in the original packaging. Products that do not meet these requirements will be considered worn and will not be considered for a refund. If product satisfy all the requirements for a return, then you can make request for refund, contact with us by email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are usually processed within a 2-3 business days after we receive our product back. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please do not send your purchase back until you contact us. We will provide you with an address for return shipping.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
